On Tuesday, the Douglas County Sheriff's Office (DCSO) responded to Target on Jacks Valley Road on the report of a man who had allegedly been making conversations with children and speaking to them in an inappropriate fashion while in the store.
The incidents reportedly happened last Wednesday around 7:15 p.m. and on Monday at an unknown time.
The suspect is reported to be a white man standing at 5 feet and 11 inches, and weighing 195 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.
